After I had my spinal cord injury, I began getting severe pain from neuropathy and spasticity. To help me be out in the world longer, I got a wheelchair that tilts back completely. This gives me relief in my sitting bones and some relief from my pain. When I began doing this, it opened up a whole new world of things I saw when I was completely tilted back.
